Woman Hospitalized After Being Shot By A Puppy

Close-Up Of Blue Siren On Police Car At Night

An Oklahoma woman was hospitalized after she was accidentally shot - by a puppy. 44-year-old Tina Springer was riding in a car with a yellow Labrador named Molly when Molly got spooked by a passing train and jumped onto the center console. Molly's jump set off a handgun the driver kept in the console, shooting Springer in the thigh.  Investigators say they do not suspect foul play and warn motorists to keep guns "in a secure location" when being transported. Would you forgive a pet for something like this? Should the driver and dog owner face any charges?
