The Florida man who made headlines in April after he attacked his neighbor with a squirt gun filled with his own urine has been sentenced to 30 days in jail. Joel Benjamin, 71, received the sentence Wednesday after entering a no contest plea to the misdemeanor charge. In addition to the jail time, he was also given a one-year probation term and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, according to court records. Benjamin maintains he squirted his 50-year-old neighbor with urine because she'd been spying on him for the government. Following his arrest, he told officers he'd "do it again," according to his criminal complaint. Since it's obvious Benjamin has a few screws loose, is it right for authorities to set him free after 30 days without getting him help?
