This is everyone's worst workplace nightmare, but you figure there's a stupid amount of safety precautions to prevented anything like this. A Pennsylvania woman has died after falling into a commercial meat grinder in a gruesome workplace accident - and nobody knows how it happened. It happened at the Economy Locker Storage Company in Pennsdale, PA, makers of Country Store Brand food products. Workers say they heard a strange noise coming from the machine and found the body of 35-year-old Jill Greninger inside. No one was around when the accident happened so investigators aren't sure how Greninger fell into the machine. It took firefighters 45 minutes to disassemble it and recover her body. OSHA is investigating the incident.
