A clothing company whose name sounds like the F-word has won its fight to trademark the name. The trademark for the clothing line's name -- which stands for "Friends U Can Trust" -- was initially denied due to a federal law than bans trademarking anything "scandalous or immoral." So FUCT, which is pronounced as individual letters, took its fight to the Supreme Court, which on Monday struck down the law. Announcing the 6-3 ruling, Justice Elena Kagan noted, "The clothing line is pronounced as four letters, one after the other: F-U-C-T.
