It's being called the biggest commitment to a feature film that Netflix has ever made. The streaming service has greenlit production of a movie called Red Notice. The project will star Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds as they get involved in a global heist. Production on the thriller will begin in 2020.
