Cleveland Bank Robber Leaves Name, Address with Bank Teller

We have a winner for stupidest person of the week! One of the first rules of committing any type of crime: Don't leave your name and address at the crime scene. Apparently, this basic rule got by 54-year-old Michael Harrell, who federal officials say robbed a U.S. Bank branch in Cleveland earlier this week. Harrell reportedly entered the bank and handed a teller a note in which he demanded an undisclosed amount of cash. The teller complied and Harrell made good his escape. However, while Harrell walked out of the bank with the money, he left the note behind, the FBI reports. That might not have been a problem -- had Harrell not written his name and address on the other side of the paper. To his credit, Harrell may have realized his mistake, because he doesn't appear to have gone home since committing the crime. Law enforcement officials are still looking for him, the FBI says. What's the stupidest thing you've ever done?
