NBA's Tallest Player Suffers Concussion From Hitting Head On Ceiling

Celtics rookie Tacko Fall is in concussion protocol after the 7'5" center hit his head on the ceiling. Fall says his head struck a "low ceiling" while washing his hands at the team's practice facility. At 7-foot-5, Fall is the tallest player in the NBA. He was not available for the team's season opener Wednesday but is expected to be cleared soon.
