An Austin woman is behind bars after she was spotted twerking half-naked on top of a vehicle in a grocery store parking lot. After receiving a report of a parking lot fight, Austin police officers on Tuesday were dispatched to a local H-E-B grocery store. While they were unable to find the brawl that had been reported, they came upon something far more interesting: a woman on top of her car "doing a sexually provocative dance," according to her arrest report. When officers asked the woman to get off the vehicle, she responded by taking off her pants and continuing to twerk "while naked from the waist down," the report indicates. Officers say after they handcuffed 31-year-old Kisa Trinee Taylor and put her in the back of a patrol car, she spit at one of the cops through the open window. She was charged with harassment of a public service and locked up on $3,000 bail, court documents reveal. She did not offer an explanation for her half-naked dance.
