BOSTON, MA (WBZ-AM) —  The Celtics responded to a three-game skid with a 117-108 upset of the Raptors last night at the Garden.

That erased Boston's on and off-court issues for a day, but doesn't mean the inconsistency, underperformances, and occasional in-fighting's gone.

Mike Gorman, the voice of the Celtics on NBC Sports Boston, joined Adam Kaufman on The Celtics Beat Beat Podcast to discuss the latest Celtics drama.

Gorman admitted that this year's group doesn't appear overly united.

"Is it 25 guys piling on a bus and all going out together every night? No, I don't see that. I see groups of two or three but I don't think that necessarily think that there are cliques, I just think that they are guys who have common interests. "Gorman said. "Are they a good bunch to be around? yeah, they are a good bunch to be around. They are mostly all business. There not a whole lot of fooling around," he said.

Q: So, how about when you're on the road? Is the group better bonded?

"The players are way in the front of the plane, the coaches are in the middle of the plane and the media is in the back of the plane," Gorman said, "So we really don't have anything with the players. I mean they ride on a separate bus from us and I don't spend a whole lot of time in the locker rooms so I would tell you do I notice anything bad about this club? No. But do I do notice any good about this club in a sense of 25 guys all for one and one for all I don't see that yet," he said.

Just something to consider with the playoffs a few months away.
