A Houston, Texas yoga instructor has decided to make yoga a little more metal. Ashley Duzich teaches 'Rage Yoga', which combines the typical stretching and breathing exercises with anger-venting activities like cursing and rocking out to some heavy metal. They even take 'beer breaks' during sessions. Now that's something I can get down with. Duzich says "We're all angry about something" and that Rage Yoga lets you "just scream it out". Amen brother. How do you vent your rage in a healthy way? Seriously, I'd like to know.
