Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison Release Statement about Stadium Tour

After remaining inexplicably quiet amid a slew of concert cancellations due to the coronavirus pandemic, Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett have finally weighed in on the status of their planned "Stadium Tour." However, Friday's long-awaited announcement shed little light on the trek's status.

A joint statement released by the headlining acts reads, "We are currently weighing all options and are awaiting further direction from the powers that be." It goes on to read, "Our priority during this unprecedented time is to make sure that we are being as thoughtful and responsible as possible in the decisions we are making regarding 'The Stadium Tour' and that we are putting the fans' health, well being and safety first and foremost."

The 31-date tour is currently scheduled to kick off June 18th in Jacksonville, Florida.

Is in uncool of the bands to string fans along? Or do you think there's a chance that the tour will happen as originally planned?
