FBI Manhunt for Ohio Man Expanded to 5 States

A multi-state manhunt is underway for a man shown in a Facebook video killing an unarmed man. 37 Year old Steve Stephens uploaded the video to Facebook, blaming his ex-girlfriend Joy Lane for his actions in the video. He later posted a Facebook Live video claiming to have killed 13 people and was looking for number 14. The murder of 74 year old Robert Godwin Sr was a random act of violence. The FBI’s Cleveland division has asked residents of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, and New York to be on alert. Stephen’s is described as a 6-foot-1, 244 pound African American Male, bald with full beard. Was last seen in a light and dark blue striped polo shirt driving a newer Ford Fusion with temporary Ohio plate #363630. Stephens is considered armed and dangerous, and police have asked the public to call 911 IMMDIATELY, do not engage the individual.
