Another day, another alarming tale of the health risks of e-cigarettes. This one involves an Illinois teen who has lungs "like a 70-year-old's" after less than two years of vaping. 18-year-old Adam Hergenreder began vaping tobacco and THC products at the age of 16. He was recently hospitalized with severe lung damage that doctors say is due to e-cigarettes. The CDC has linked six deaths this year to e-cigarettes, and the White House has recently floated the idea of banning them.
