COLD CASE NH: Trish Haynes

This story has really just left me in awe, once again, on why there hasn't been an arrest made. I know I am on the outside, but after doing a lot of reading and listening to the following podcast done by Murder She Told I really don't see how they can't arrest those responsible for this tragic death. NH has way too many cold cases and really need to put pressure on the state to help the cold case team solve these cases. Do we not have enough officers working these cases? There are murderers walking free and families devastated with no answers. It really makes me so sad and angry. I hope by continuing to post these cold cases someone will help solve by saying something. Tips can be anonymous, but tips can help! These criminals need to pay for what they did.

The story of Trish Haynes . . .Trish lived in NH, but after a rocky relationship that ended with legal chargers and a court date she had moved to Florida to live with her grandmother. She was happy there, but had to return to NH for a court date. She came back so she could attend her January 2018 court date in North Woodstock. She moved in with a friend in Rumney, NH and was very secluded and lonely as her friend worked away from home. Trish didn't have a car and ended up reconnected with an old friend that would invite Trish to come stay with her and her boyfriend in Grafton. Trish's court date got postponed until April and she thought that during this time she had a good place to stay with an old friend. Trish was in and out of communication with her family and this was surprising to her grandmother who she was very close with. Her grandmother suffered a heart attack in May and she was able to reconnect with Trish, but didn't know that would be their last conversation. At that time Ashley was pressuring Trish to get off the phone and no phone calls were made or received after that date. The only communication that Trish's family would have was from text messages, but now who knows if they were even coming from Trish. Trish's grandmother asked to speak with Trish but Ashley responded that Trish had left for Vermont with a man. An aunt of Trish's who lived in NH had set out to find her. There were no answers and Trish Haynes was finally reported missing on August 29th. Her remains were found a few days later on September 2nd, 2018. So many questions but not too many suspects. . . . why haven't they been arrested!! Please listen to the entire story below.

Trish Haynes was so young and maybe it was her innocence and trust in people that she shouldn't have trusted that ultimately harmed her. The third anniversary of her death is this year. Her family held a rally at the State House in September on the anniversary of authorities finding her body. Please if you know of Trish reach out and say something! The littlest thing could be the answer into arresting these heinous people that caused her death. I send all my thoughts and prayers to her family.
