RECIPES:

MUSTARD CHICKEN GRILL PACKS – In a small pot, cook chopped shallots in oil and then add in some minced garlic and then add in whole grain mustard, honey, Dijon mustard, paprika, crushed red pepper, and mix and bring to a boil. Slice boneless skinless chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper, Slice zucchini, half grape tomatoes, and form foil packets, add some chicken, zucchini and tomatoes, season veggies with more salt and pepper, and top with mustard sauce and then cook on the grill and continue to flip until chicken is cooked through. 

BEEF AND CHEESE BURRITO – Cook Goya Chicken rice according to package, and season with paprika, cumin, chili powder and sliced jalapenos if you like more spice and then set aside. In a skillet cook ground beef, with onion and garlic powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder and then add in some beef broth until it’s absorbed. In a bowl mix sour cream Mayonnaise and chipotle sauce. In a tortilla, put rice, ground beef, top with your mayo sauce, some queso cheese, broken tortilla chips and then roll up into a burrito and then  and grill on each side, then top one side with shredded Cheddar cheese and melt. Serve with hot sauce and sour cream.
