31ST ANNUAL LHC: COMING NOVEMBER 18 & 19
Every year, Lend a Helping Can raises money for 12 New England charitable agencies to feed the Needy and Homeless. The 501(c)(3) non-profit organization raises money through events like a two-day radio auction and radio-a-thon, The Morning Buzz Golf Tournament, Buzz Ball, and Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s annual concerts to support these agencies.
LHC raised a record $268,000 in 2020 and has raised over $1.6 million since 1990, our beneficiaries include The New Hampshire Food Bank, The Salvation Army of Manchester, Portsmouth, and Central Vermont, My Friends Place, New Horizons of NH, Community Action Programs of Strafford and Rockingham County, Community Partners, Families in Transition, David’s House, and Crossroads House.
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected everyone in New England and we understand how difficult it has been for many financially. We appreciate anything you can do to support your fellow New Englanders get through such a difficult time.
*This year gift cards will be mailed out to prize winners and high bidders. Please make sure addresses are properly added to PayPal when donating online in case you are a winner. All other items, the high bidder will be required to make an appt to pick up the prize. All items will have to be picked up by February 4th, 2022. Unless other arrangements have been made with Laura. If the high bidder does not make an appointment for item pick up by 2/4/22 they will forfeit the item.
