(Moline, IL) -- An empty Moline grocery store will soon be reopening.
Aldi has applied to the city of Moline for a permit to open a new store in the former HyVee on John Deere Road at 7th Street.
HyVee closed the store in January of '22.
Aldi will only use part of the store. The city will seek other businesses for the rest of the property.
