Jason Smith: "The chaos in Dallas is immense, and still McCarthy is able to win 12 games and coexist with Jerry Jones. If Jerry Jones doesn't want Mike McCarthy, go. If I'm Mike McCarthy, I want to go to the Bears. They really want him. McCarthy is a pretty good coach. It's not his fault Dak sucks in the playoffs. That's really what it comes down to. Every Dallas Cowboy problem the last 5 years has been because Dak sucks in the playoffs. How else do you want to cut it up? If Dak didn't suck, things would be different, but Dak sucks in the playoffs. So yeah, if the Bears want him, GO! If not, you're just staying in Dallas under the pressure of Jerry Jones, you're not in a position to succeed there. If you stay in Dallas, you are waiting to be fired."

The guys break down why McCarthy needs to jump at the opportunity of leaving Dallas before he inevitably becomes the scapegoat for another season of falling short in the playoffs, as the Cowboys will only get as far as Dak Prescott takes them, which certainly won't be far given Prescott's postseason struggles.
