For those of you not familiar, the rosca de reyes is a circular fruit cake with a hidden baby Jesus inside, (oftentimes more than 1), used to celebrate 3 Kings Day 12 days after Christmas. Whoever finds the baby Jesus in their slice needs to throw a party. My husband's office often includes me in their celebrations and when the hubs brought me a slice of the rosca, I happened to find the baby.
