Lafayette, N.Y. - A Tully man is dead after a crash Wednesday afternoon.
State Police say 73 year old Martin Givens of Lafayette, was traveling on Ortloff Road in Lafayette around 4, when he left the road, struck a ditch, and his vehicle overturned.
A passenger 48 year old Peter Sweeting was pronounced dead at the scene.
Givens and another passenger were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
Troopers continue to investigate.
