Venezuela Immigration Now a Weapon Against the US

Immigration is now being used as a weapon against the United States by foreign governments such as Venezuela as prison gang members cross the southern border from Mexico.

A political crisis in Venezuela is reaching a boiling point as socialist dictator Nicolás Maduro continues to perpetuate his own power even as the nation turns to his rivals.

Starting about two years ago, Maduro's government started sending members of the prison gang called Tren de Aragua, which is now active in 19 US states, according to Breitbart Associate Editor Bob Price.

"Most of the migrants we were getting up here from Venezuela, before two years ago, were more of the wealthier class of Venezuelans who had fled to Chila, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, who started coming up here when they got protected status from the Biden administration, who basically opened the door to them.

"And it wasn't until Maduro opened the doors to the prisons and stated to send the Tren de Aragua gang that we saw all the violent activities."

But now, Breitbart's Price says for unknown reasons, Joe Biden on his way out the door has extended the temporary protected status to the migrants that he's been using to grant up to 30,000 migrants per month entry into the United States.

But now Maduro and other Venezuelan leaders say there will be deadly consequences if Maduro stays in power, which he's likely to do in the short term.

One of the anti-Maduro opposition leaders, Marina Corina Machado, warns the US that Maduro intends to send 4 or 5 million immigrants to the US southern border, but while he remains in power he's scheming to use the Tren de Aragua gang members as a tool of coercion and covert tactics to achieve his objectives.

One of those goals, Machado has said, is to sew chaos and discord in the United States.
