Oklahoma drivers may soon be banned from smoking when a child is in their vehicle. State Senator Brenda Stanley has introduced a bill that would fine drivers for smoking in a car when a minor is present. The measure would fine drivers between 50 and 100 dollars if they're caught smoking or vaping in a car when a child is with them.
