Dallas Cowboys LB Micah Parson is preparing for a “complete reset” in Dallas as they are looking for a new head coach after parting ways with Mike McCarthy. Doug and news anchor Dan Beyer dig into the semantics surrounding a “reset” vs. a “rebuild” in Dallas and why Jerry Jones will never accept a “rebuild” for his beloved franchise. It would require him admitting that his whole plan was faulty to begin with, and that’s not something that is ever going to happen.
Dan Beyer: “I do think that ‘reset’ is word they’ve said in the hallways, because ‘rebuild’ is a four-letter word with the Dallas Cowboys.”
Doug Gottlieb: “No question. It’s a four-letter word with a lot of people. It’s admitting this is done.”
