The five suspects in the murder of a transgender man from Minnesota have been indicted by an Ontario County grand jury.
38-year-old Precious Arzuaga and 30-year-old Patrick Goodwin of Canandaigua, along wirth 30-year-old Jennifer Quijano of Geneva, 33-year-old Kyle Sage of Rochester, and 19-year-old Emily Motyka will face at least one felony charge in the killing of Sam Nordquist.
All 5 were scheduled to face a judge this morning, but that appearance has been waived, and they'll return to court once the indictment is filed.
Sage and Goodwin are convicted sex offenders, and Arzuaga also has a criminal record.
