People of the 90's let me introduce you to Power Rangers: Beast Morphers! The Hasbro Era of the franchise will begin Saturday, March 2nd at 8am EST on Nickelodeon.
The twenty sixth season is based on the Japanese Super Sentai series Go-Busters and it's the first time in Power Rangers history it will have a spy-style motif. That's just the beginning of what is different this time around. What else makes this season different from the previous ones?
For starters, the logo was updated and they have moved the time back to 8am (previously aired at noon) on Saturdays. If you ever watched the show as a kid, if you weren't up at 8am for Power Rangers there was no chance you could catch it again until reruns! But the big change is this...if you look at the suits it's more leather tactical attire instead of the normal spandex. It's been said at Power Morphicon and most recently at 2019 Toy Fair in New York City that the suits were one of the reasons Hasbro choose this season to adapt than the other Super Sentai series, saying it gave the start of their era a "new look and feel." I can buy that!
