Are you ready for the mother of all Star Wars marathons? Coming in from a galaxy far, far away will be a 27 hour, 21 minute viewing of all nine episodes of the Skywalker Saga at select AMC Theaters.
Yes, Luke. It IS true...and possible! This Death Star size event will begin on Wednesday, December 18th at 4:15pm with The Phantom Menace and end the next day (December 19) with the showing of the final episode, The Rise of Skywalker a whole hour before regular audiences can see it. For participating viewers they will get a commemorative blanket (theaters will need to be cold to keep everyone awake) a $5 concession stand coupon, and a pin to prove you survived this event (and the smell).
That's the good news. The bad? It looks like from the list this event will not be in either New Hampshire or Massachusetts. Closest theater is New York City, and it's already sold out! Maybe more will be added. Let's hope! Get tickets & info here!
