Phoenix police are on the hunt for someone known as “the Piggy Bank Bandit.” So far, the unidentified suspect has knocked off six banks, the two most recent robberies occurring on Friday.
He’s called “the Piggy Bank Bandit” because he asked for coins in one of his heists. Police say the suspect is between 5-6 and 5-8. However, no one has been able to provide an accurate description of him; in all six robberies, he wore a hoodie, a large black face mask and horn-rimmed glasses. Is catching this person in the act the only way cops are going to make an arrest in this case?
