Bomb Squad Arrives To Remove Sea Mine Washed Up On Florida Beach

The bomb squad had to be called in after a sea mine washed up on a Florida beach over the weekend. An officer spotted the mine on Sunday at Lauderdale-By-The-Sea - about 30 miles north of Miami. Bomb squad and Air Force personnel were brought in to safely remove it.

The mine reportedly had 'property of US Navy' and 'INERT' written on it - and may have been used for military training purposes. How would you react if you came across a mine on the beach? Ever find anything unusual on the beach?
