Naked Bike Ride---No Clothes, But Masks Required! VIEWER DISCRETION ADVISED

The organizers of an upcoming bicycling event in Philadelphia say participants will be required to wear masks.

Everything else is optional. Although the city has lifted most of its COVID-19 regulations, organizers of the annual Philly Naked Bike Ride have decided to "stick with our initial mask guidance," says official Wesley Noonan-Sessa.

The August 28th event will feature a 10-mile course that takes riders to Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell and the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, made famous by the "Rocky" movies, organizers say. Who would riding a bike naked hurt more: men or women? Is it legal for people to ride bicycles with no clothes on?
