A police officer's actions in Elmwood Park, New Jersey has become a shining example of community policing. Officer Dan Carrone was responding to a noise complaint that turned out to be a large party with its own performing band.
Carrone decided to make a deal with the band - they could play one last song as long as he could play with them. They accepted after he suggested Green Day's "Basket Case" - but when they went to give him the microphone to sing it, he responded saying, "I'm not a singer. I'm a drummer." See the video below!
As the video shows, a mosh pit even formed during the last song of the bands set, with Officer Carrone on the kit. Well done!
