Well would you look at that. The Chinese may have a new toy in the first ever RAILGUN as speculated by others. If true, China is over 5 years ahead of where US intelligence agencies thought they'd be. And the US doesn't yet have this technogy (not publicly as least). So how did they beat us to it?
