Well I think I may be done with the internet for a bit, because this video scared the crap out of me on first viewing.

Background: When she was found it was obvious she was a bit different. She had what appeared to have four ears, but it turns out she only has one. During her spay her rescuers were finally able to do a thorough exam. What did they find? One working ear on the left, two extra pinnas, and when you lift her pinna on the right you find... a “mouth” where the ear canal should be. Clearly not a fully functioning mouth, but that’s the label they went with, because... Hello ear teeth. They also discovered the poor kid had a malformed jaw. You just never know where the genetic road map will detour. Yes the ear mouth does get drooly. Yes “Toad”, as she’s called now, did recently undergo an ear dental. Her caretaker said that prior to the dental she was in quite a bit of pain and bleeding from the ear mouth. Once sedated they discovered there were actually more teeth than they suspected. One tooth had actually cracked, and there were shards cutting into her ear gums. That is truly the most bizarre sentence I’ve ever written, but in context makes perfect sense. Thankfully she’s doing great now!
