Is Russia Training Spy Whales?

It sounds like something out of a James Bond movie, but officials believe the Russian navy might be training an army of whale spies. Last week, fishermen off the coast of Norway encountered a white beluga whale wearing a harness. On closer inspection, the harness had the words 'Equipment of St. Petersburg' on it. Officials say the harness could potentially be used to secure a camera or even a weapon, leading to speculation that Russia is using whales for military surveillance. In the past, both Russia and the U.S. have used trained dolphins to search for mines or other deep sea objects. Do you think the Russians are training a whale army? I think not.
