Ford Recalls Nearly Half a Million Pickup Trucks and SUVs

If you are the owner of a Ford pickup truck or SUV, listen up, the automaker has announced a recall affecting 483,325 vehicles in the U.S. and 58,712 in Canada. The problem? It seems that the mechanism that controls how the front driver and passenger seat backs recline may have been improperly assembled. Because of that, there is a strong possibility the seat back might not have sufficient strength to restrain an occupant in an accident. Dealers will inspect the seats and if a repair is required will do it at no charge, have you ever ignored a recall to only have the problem be an issue for you?
