Ok- right up front - it wasn't a "wild" weekend in the sense that I did a bunch of wild stuff- BUT- I did get to see some pretty cool wildlife! Ok- it wasn't moose or bear- but the time will come for that. This weekend, I stuck close to the coast and caught some cool stuff!
Yeah, of COURSE I checked out an eagles nest, and of COURSE I got pics - hahah
This guy had a smile on his face! Kinda creeped me out!

He was away from the nest too long, while the female mate was getting agitated (they switch places during nest duty- while they're on the eggs), so - when you're waiting like that- You gotta entertain yourself!
Sorry, not sorry. It's LONELY out there in the woods! hahah
Had a nice night out with our son Tyler and his girlfriend Morgan and her Mom! Checked out Newburyport MA and had a Plum Island Belgian White Ale and it was good!
I was in Newburyport on Saturday morning - actually on Plum Island shooting with the camera- so it's the least I could do!
And while Im at it- one of my favorite coffee stops is in Newburyport! Great coffee and baked goods- as well as a REALLY nice staff! I never go to that town without stopping at Olives Coffee Shop and Bakehouse! Love it!

I did get to a couple other places to shoot as well - I was acosted by a couple of competing Tom turkeys on Plum Island!

Got to see some seals off of Salisbury Beach, AND a gorgeous family of Great Snowy Egrets there as well! The lighting was awesome as the sun peeked out from behind the clouds as I photographed them!

And a random shot from a birdhouse in Seabrook-

One bird. Three exposures composed together. Action shot.
And last but not least- Im not above silly internet things on Chat GPT -
so- I couldn't resist.
I'm sorry. hahah
Hope you had a good weekend -
