RECIPES:

RAMEN TERIYAKI BURGERS – I kept seeing this recipe from Kikkoman and just had to give it a try. I really loved the flavor, the boys thought it was weird to have ramen as a bun, but it was worth the try. Here is the recipe: https://kikkomanusa.com/homecooks/recipes/ramen-teriyaki-burger/

ARTICHOKE SPINACH BITES – I had leftover phyllo dough, but didn’t want to do spanakopita again.I mixed ½ block of cream cheese, shredded white cheddar, shredded grueyere, shredded parm cheese, minced garlic, fresh chopped spinach, lemon zest, chopped marinated artichoke hearts, crushed red pepper, salt. On a greased cookie sheet, I lay down a phyllo sheet, brush with olive oil and continue to layer with about half the sheets, then top with your spinach mixture and then add the rest of the phyllo sheets, brushing them each with oil as you layer. Fold the ends into each other and then precut triangles into the dough.Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
