RECIPES: DIFFERENT WONTON APP CHOICES!

PEANUT BUTTER CHICKEN WONTONS – You can use a rotisserie chicken or cook some chicken breast and chop up into small pieces. In a bowl, add soy sauce, chunky peanut butter, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, crushed red pepper and once you get a taste you like mix in your chicken. For your wontons bake at 350 in your muffin pan that has been sprayed and bake for 7 minutes or until lightly brown and then add the chicken mixture. Bake until warm and then top with pickled veggies. I used tri-color slaw that I pickled in apple cider vinegar, sugar, and jalapenos.

BUFFALO CHICKEN WONTONS –Preheat oven 350 and spray a muffin pan with cook spray and put your wonton wraps in each cup of the tray and bake for 7 minutes or so or until lightly brown.Take out and cool while you make your filling. Cook your chicken breast and shred the meat. In a bowl, mix soft cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder. Stir in diced green onions, shredded cheddar cheese and shredded chicken and stir until all combined and put in your wonton cups. Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese on the top and bake for about 10 more minutes. Top with more diced scallions and buffalo sauce.
