Lend a Helping Can raises money for 12 New England charitable agencies to feed the Needy and Homeless.

  • Open for lunch Monday through Friday, brunch Saturday and Sunday, and dinner nightly, Bulla Gastrobar serves traditional Spanish tapas (shareable plates) with a contemporary twist in a vibrant, communal setting. The menu boasts a range of Spanish delicacies including paella, cured meats, grilled octopus salad, and an extensive list of wines, beers, and craft cocktails, paving the way for Spanish cuisine in Charlotte.

    • Sangría Roja - Red wine, brandy, triple sec, Starry, chopped orange
    • Mango Mule (non-alcoholic) - Mango purée, lime juice, simple syrup, Fever Tree ginger beer
    • Lemongrass Collins - Bombay Sapphire Gin, Elderflower, lemongrass syrup, cucumber
    • Bulla Mule - Gordon’s Vodka, Fever Tree ginger beer, fresh lime, cardamom & currant-infused syrup, candied ginger
  • First course (choice of one)
    • Montadito de Chistorra - Ground Spanish-style sausage, piquillo confit, shredded Manchego, pan de Cristal
    • Ceviche de Jalapeño - Shrimp, fish, roasted jalapeño, fresh lime, orange, plantain chips
    • Ham Croquettes - Serrano ham, fig jelly
    • Montaditos - Brisket, tomato marmalade, guindilla, tetilla cheese
    • Pintxo Moruno – Cumin-marinated pork loin skewers, mojo verde, Greek yogurt
    • Creamy Mushroom Croquettes - Cremini mushrooms croquettes, blue cheese, pear jelly
  • Second course (choice of one)
    • ‘Solomillo’ with Blue Cheese Sauce - Pork tenderloin, shishito peppers, piquillo confit, French fries
    • Pollo a la Cerveza - Chicken leg confit, Castelvetrano olives, beer-cooked beans, golden raisins, EVOO
    • Salmón - Baby spinach, chickpeas, lemon cream
    • Truffle Carbonara - Linguini, wild mushrooms, bacon, garlic cream, green peas, poached egg
    • Arroz Caldoso (+$5) (minimum 15 minutes) - Shrimp, clams, calamari, chicken, red sofrito, saffron
    • Grilled Steak (+$6) – Cumin-marinated C.A.B. sirloin, truffled potato & mushroom foam, salsa criolla
  • Dessert (choice of one)
    • Churros con Chocolate - Traditional fried dough, chocolate sauce, dulce de leche
    • Flan de Coco - Coconut flan, passion fruit sorbet
    • Brownie & Passion Fruit Sorbet (+$3) - Gluten-free almond brownie, coconut foam, passion fruit sorbet, toasted coconut flakes
