- Our Story: We moved our restaurant concept from NYC to Charlotte, bringing our unique recipes and dough-making south to serve true Italian cuisine. Our inspiration: Mama Angela. As with any Italian family, we were influenced by our Mom's home cooking, from traditional pasta dishes to preparing the best pizza dough. We aspire to make the most authentic Italian dishes, and our customers taste the difference.

- Funghi - fresh large button mushrooms stuffed with mixed ricotta and ground sweet Italian sausage, topped with melted mozzarella over our homemade vodka sauce
- Eggplant Parmigiana - layered eggplant with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan
- Insalata Angela - arugula, fresh ciliegine mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and red onion with a lemon vinaigrette
- Gazpacho Soup - a cold tomato soup with cucumber, onion, parsley, garlic and lemon

- Rita’s Gnocchi - daily homemade gnocchi with lobster meat, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms in a pink sauce
- Pork Chop Milanese - lightly breaded pork chops, pan-fried and topped with a lemon-white wine-Dijon sauce, served with a side of arugula, cherry tomato, red onion, and cucumber in lemon vinaigrette
- Seafood Paella - an Italian twist on the Spanish rice dish, with shrimp, calamari, mussels, clams, red peppers, peas, parsley, and saffron
- Mahi-Mahi – pan-seared in a lemon-white wine sauce with cherry tomatoes, served with mashed potato and green beans
- Tortelloni - handmade tortelloni stuffed with ricotta and spinach and tossed in butter and sage
- Pizza Campagna - thinly sliced rosemary potatoes and crumbled Italian sausage
- Pizza al Salmone - smoked salmon, lemon slices, garlic, parsley, and black pepper
- Pizza Regina Margherita - San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh buffalo mozzarella, and basil
- Pizza Parma - Prosciutto di Parma, Roma tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and oregano

- Italian Lemon Cheesecake - Graham cracker crust with homemade lemon curd
- Homemade Tiramisu - ladyfingers, espresso, mascarpone crème, powdered dark chocolate
- Cannoli - fried pastry dough filled with a sweet ricotta cream and chocolate chips
