If you're a student who relies on public transportation, then this offer is just for you as students can now ride the Metrolink for free!
The "Student Adventure Pass" became available yesterday for anyone with a valid student ID and all they need to do is download the Metrolink app, register with their school email address and verify their account. Once this is done, the pass will be available to add as a mobile ticket in your wallet. Those who don't want to download the app can still get the "Student Adventure Pass" at the Metrolink ticket machine. These rides are free as part of the Low Carbon Transit Operations Program that is administered by Caltrans. For more, click here.
