Calvin University president resigns over inappropriate communication

Calvin University says President Wiebe Boer is resigning after admitting to inappropriate messages with a campus community individual.

The school says the communication was not with a student.

Calvin was made aware of the situation through a report.

The report did not include reports of any sexually explicit messages.

Boer originally denied the claims but then admitted to sending communications that were not up to the standard of communication for the president of Calvin University.
