Navy Pier is celebrating the 40th Anniversary of House Music with the Chicago: Home of House Exhibit open now through October 31st. This one-of-a-kind exhibit pays homage to the energy, music, and dance of Black and Latino youth on Chicago’s south and west sides that laid the critical foundation for Chicago House music. And it’s free!
Also at Navy Pier this weekend, Mexico Fest with free music and dance performances, curated shopping experience and free workshops.
Plus the Chicago Critics Film Festival is going on until May 9th...
