A Grand Rapids based boat dealership is filing for bankruptcy.
Tommy's Boats filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on May 20.
The dealership has 15 locations across the country.
According to court documents, the company owes more than 100 creditors.
In April, the company filed a lawsuit against Malibu Boats alleging they were pressured into taking on more boats and the manufacturer sent higher-priced boats than Tommy's requested.
