After last night's debate debacle in Atlanta, Joe Biden was in full mop-up mode during a campaign stop in North Carolina. "I don't debate as well as I used to" Biden said, "But I know how to tell the truth."
Biden spent most of his time criticizing former president Donald Trump, calling him a "one man crime wave", while also vowing to "secure the border and stand up to Putin".
Meanwhile, as calls for Biden to step aside continue to grow, FOX is reporting that Biden plans to try again in a 2nd debate with Trump in September, and has no plans of dropping out of the race.
In a separate report, former president Barack Obama is planning some kind of intervention, with reports that VP Kamala Harris is furious that she is not being considered as a replacement, but that Governor's Gavin Newsom and Gretchen Whitmer are.
