State Police are withholding the name of a man killed in a Steuben County crash.
They say 31-year-old Lukas Ellsessor of Angelica rolled his minivan on Route 371 in Bath shortly before 5 Wednesday, while trying to pass another car.
A 26-year-old passenger was ejected and was dead at the scene.
Ellsessor was taken to Strong Hospital with minor injuries.
