Former President Donald Trump is set to rally in South Florida this Tuesday, July 9th. The 7:00 PM rally will take place at Trump National Golf Club in Doral.
There is speculation that Florida Senator Marco Rubio will be Trump's 2024 running mate. But, the vice president role may not be the only job Donald Trump is considering Marco Rubio for. Senator Rubio is reportedly one of Trump's top three candidates for VP, but a Republican strategist thinks Rubio could be in line for a cabinet spot. Brian Seitchik tells TheHill.com if Rubio is not chosen for VP, he certainly would be considered for Secretary of State. Rubio, himself, told CNN last week we'll know who the VP choice is in the next two weeks. Trump has said he'll announce the pick by the GOP convention that starts July 15th in Milwaukee.
