(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A 20 million-dollar parking ramp for the Kingston Yards development in Cedar Rapids is going ahead despite the concerns of some residents that it isn't needed.
Residents voiced their concerns at last night's public meeting, where Cedar Rapids city council approved construction of the 450-spot parking ramp for Kingston Yards.
Construction will begin this year, and finish in 2026.
