Cardi B Returns To The Gym After Giving Birth!

Cardi B gave birth just nine days ago, yet she's quickly returning to her usual routines and career. On Sunday (September 15), she posted videos on her Instagram Story showing her at the gym, opting for stair master cardio instead of weightlifting. She mentioned, "Since I'm off tonight, I'm doing a late-night gym session. No heavy lifting, no weight, just straight stair master until next week when I start with @fitking_plem. This is my third baby, and with my other two, I was on bed rest during the first week postpartum." Cardi has previously voiced her desire to quickly get back in shape after her third pregnancy, especially after facing criticism following her previous two. "You all thought I was getting extra surgeries. I just gained 15 pounds because I’m a pregnant woman. As soon as I give birth, I'm going to work out. I remember how y'all made me feel in May, and it hurt my feelings. The snap-back is going to be strong." It's also heartwarming to see her share precious moments of her new baby's arrival. In a recent clip, she and Offset cherish their little one and share the news with their six-year-old daughter Kulture while their three-year-old son Wave is also present. Despite their split, they show a strong commitment to supporting their family.

In addition, Cardi B shared an important update about her upcoming album. "Now is crunch time on my kids," she tweeted, indicating that she is in the final stages of this project. While details are scarce, it seems like it's on the horizon, possibly arriving sooner than expected. Keep it locked to 103.5 The Beat for more!
