Two Injured After Car Crashed Into Pompano Beach Bank

Pompano Beach, FL - A two-vehicle collision on Tuesday left two people injured and one vehicle disabled after it crashed into a Pompano Beach bank building.

The crash occurred around 9:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of East Atlantic Boulevard.

According to authorities, a BMW and a Toyota collided, causing the Toyota to veer off the road and strike the bank.

The driver of the Toyota sustained critical injuries and was transported to Broward Health North.

A minor was also injured in the crash and taken to the same hospital.

The Broward Sheriff's Office is investigating the cause of the accident.
