Kodak Black Is Upset with Donald Trump's Claims About Haitian Immigrants

During the Presidential Debate, Donald Trump tested his supporters' patience with a controversial claim about Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio, alleging they were eating cats and dogs. This statement lacked evidence and has been debunked, marking a low point in Trump's campaign. Kodak Black, a long-time Trump supporter, expressed confusion over these comments, particularly considering his Haitian background. At a concert, he reacted, saying, "That’s crazy. Is that true? I’m a big Trump supporter." However, as he spoke further, his feelings seemed conflicted. Kodak even stated his intent to visit Ohio to verify Trump's claim: "I gotta see this. I haven’t seen a Haitian eat a cat. Show me that, and then we can talk." Despite previously praising Trump, including mentioning their shared Gemini zodiac during an episode of Drink Champs, Kodak's recent remarks reflected skepticism. In a 2022 tweet, he claimed, "We need Trump in office forever," but during his latest rant, he questioned Trump's statements and their impact on his community. Though he expressed doubts, he made it clear he wasn’t switching to the Democratic Party, saying, "I feel like we messed up anyway. I’m not with that Kamala Harris stuff either. What's going on in America?" Kodak might not have all the answers, but he is raising important questions.
